Weighing equipment requires ongoing support and maintenance to ensure that high level of accuracy and reliability is kept throughout the life of the scale.

Maintaining your scale regularly will also prolong the life span of the scale. Our trained and skilled technicians will service, calibrate and repair all equipment we sell. We offer in-house training on all new equipment installations.

Scale calibration is essential to achieve accurate weighing results. The accuracy of balances and scales become less reliable over time, therefore they need to be calibrated on regular intervals.

There are various factors that affect calibration accuracy:

  • Usage
  • Lifespan
  • Environment
  • ISO requirements

We offer calibrations done onsite or at our premises and we provide calibration reports with each calibration done.

Why Calibrate?

  • Accuracy Assurance
  • Compliance Requirements
  • Quality Control
  • Porocess Optimization
  • Equipment Longevity
  • Traceability and Credibility
  • Risk Mitigation
